Paper Leprechaun Craft Pop Up Card

This St. Patrick’s Day paper leprechaun craft is super easy and fun for kids of any age! Make this fun pop up card with supplies you probably already have in your stash of craft supplies. Easy step by step instructions and the template is included!

This easy St. Patrick’s Day craft is perfect for everyone from preschoolers to adults. Making this leprechaun pop up card is simple and easy to make and doesn’t require a lot of crafting skills! Green and rainbow themed crafts are so fun and festive for this holiday!

Make this adorable card and celebrate the luck o’ the Irish this St. Patrick’s Day.

Pop Up Card Supplies

  • Cardstock paper
  • Craft paper
  • Pencil
  • Ruler
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Marker pens

Step By Step Instructions

process one through four.

Step 1:

Cut out the pieces for the leprechaun from the template.

Step 2:

Glue the hair and the beard with the face.

Step 3:

Glue the hands with the sleeves, glue the shoes with the pants and glue the hat’s belt with the hat.

Step 4:

Glue the leprechaun’s shirt with the body.

process five through eight.

Step 5:

Glue the sleeves and the pants with the shirt.

Step 6:

Glue the hat on top of the head.

Step 7:

Draw the face using markers.

Step 8:

Select your card paper for the craft.

process nine through twelve.

Step 9:

Glue the vertical lines according to the templates on the closed side of the card.

Step 10:

Cut along the vertical lines and then fold it horizontally.

Step 11:

Push the part inwards to the card.

Step 12:

Open your card.

process thirteen through sixteen.

Step 13:

Glue the leprechaun on the pop socket.

Step 14:

Cut out the pieces for the rainbow from the template.

Step 15:

Start gluing the pieces together (large to small).

Step 16:

Finish gluing all the pieces for the rainbow.

process seventeen through twenty.

Step 17:

Glue the rainbow on the top part of the card.

Step 18:

Cut out the black pot, gold coins and shamrocks from the template.

Step 19:

Glue the coins with the pot.

Step 20:

Glue the pot on the bottom part of the card.

process twenty one through twenty two.

Step 21:

Glue the rest of the coins around the pot.

Step 22:

Then glue the shamrocks on the card.

  22. Then glue the shamrocks on the card.
